Day two of the Medical Medium Brain Saver Challenge. Your emotional brain. Our brain
gets emotional. It does. It just does. What did you say? What did you do? No, that's not
what I said. My feelings are hurt now. Oh my God, I'm really depressed. I think I got
anxiety. Yeah, I might have. Wait, what was I supposed to do? My intentions were not that.
They were this. You misunderstood me. Wait a minute. How come I'm always getting wronged?
Oh my God, I just got betrayed. Your emotional brain is what we're talking about today,
which is really cool, but we're doing more than that. Okay. We are going to make a brain shot
therapy, which is really awesome because it's in the books. By the way, the books are out right now.
Brain saver, brain saver protocols, two books released at one time, two big books packed with
information, healing information, right? But here's what's awesome. One of the things that's
in this book, one of the healing medical medium tools is brain shot therapy. There's over 30
shots, which is really exciting. We're going to be doing betrayal and broken trust stabilizer.
It's one of the medical medium brain shot therapies. So that's exciting all on its own.
But today we're talking about your emotional brain. We're going to talk about what happens
inside the brain, the heating inside the brain, heat, brain heat. That's a big deal. Hot heads,
all of it. So we're going to cover that. We're going to go on some other deeper stuff too.
We're going to make the shot. I'm going to get drunk on the shot. No alcohol in this,
so don't worry. But I'm really excited about it. So let's get started a little bit. I'm in
the Brain Saber book right now. I just want to read one little thing to you as we speak.
Check this out, you guys. Emotional healing is not just a mental state of being. It's the
physical state of the physical brain. What? Wait a minute. I thought if we're emotional,
it just means that we're just, I don't know, messed up. I thought if we have something going
on with inside our head it's just the emotional aspect it's just that a part of us that's not
really touchable not seeable you look inside somebody's brain get an mri everything checks out
okay your brain's fine but yet you're dealing with all these diagnoses now that the bipolar the ocd
the anxiety the depression that their personalization and anything else in between and all around that
being moody, being sad, all this stuff, nostalgia, feeling like, oh my God, wait a minute. I feel
like I need to be somewhere else. I feel like I'm lost. Brain fog, brain confusion, right?
Focus and concentration, whatever it is, people, it's usually blamed on you. You're the problem.
It's your emotional brain is what it is. But what I just read changes all that.
Emotional healing is not just a mental state of being.
It's not.
It's the physical state of the physical brain.
It means that there's something going on in your brain and it's not just your thoughts.
It is not just your thoughts.
It is actually something physical happening inside your brain.
And that right there is very important to know because we can go down a rabbit hole.
We can doubt ourselves.
We can feel bad about ourselves.
We can hate ourselves.
I've seen people out there and maybe you know them.
Maybe you've seen them too.
Maybe you've experienced this yourself where you hate yourself.
You loathe yourself so much where you just detest yourself because you're so just done
with it.
You're so confused.
over it. You bend through hell and back with your depression and your anxiety and your
emotional state and then relationships within it all just get rocky and the amount of suffering
and struggle with that. And then you may have reacted in ways that you didn't want to, that
you were pushed into, that you were forced to in a way because of situations created
by an emotional state that isn't really you speaking. It's not you. It's not you speaking.
There's something else happening and we get blamed a lot.
Like that's the thing.
People get blamed a lot for their emotional state and then that's just who they are.
That's just who they are.
That's it.
Judge, jury, boom, jail sentence, all of it's there and it's all, and then they get misunderstood.
But really there is something physically going on inside the brain physically.
It's not just the person's a bad person.
That's it.
Write them off.
Okay.
Put the judgment upon them.
That's it.
They're a bad person.
That's how they are.
That's their emotional state all the time, whatever it is.
And they're just faulty and just whatever.
It's not that.
It's more than that.
There's real things going on inside the brain.
We're going to talk a little bit about that as we go along.
Let's go to page 70.
That's where we're going.
I've got my little postage notes here.
We're in the emotional brains chapter right here, chapter five of Brain Saver.
I'm excited.
Let's go into this a little bit.
So many people are misunderstood.
Are you misunderstood ever?
I know I've been misunderstood.
Their actions, their words, their intentions.
I didn't.
That wasn't.
I wasn't trying to.
You got me wrong.
I didn't mean that.
It's not what you think, right?
Their actions, their words, their intentions, their emotional state, they're misunderstood
by the people around them.
Yeah.
And here's what's crazy.
The people around them that don't even know them, they can misunderstand you or somebody
or anybody.
And then there's people that barely know them, can misunderstand them.
You know, you run into people like, hey, yeah, that's right.
It's an acquaintance.
What's that whole acquaintance thing, right?
It's kind of like, well, that's an acquaintance of acquaintance.
And then you can be misunderstood by that acquaintance easily, right?
And then there's even the whole thing where you can be misunderstood by the people who know you the most.
They know you the most and still misunderstand you, which is terrible how that happens, but it does.
That's life here.
so this chapter right emotional brain is not going to be about hitting a person at their weak point
or their weakness hitting them ripping a person down to then rebuild them up from ground up you
know what i mean like ripping them down to the ground you're a bad person you don't think right
you've got to organize your thoughts you've got to get your mental state of mind right it's all you
it's you you're the problem the whole bit you're you're the faulty person and you rip them down
and you break them down you break it down and then you try to then you try to build them back up you
build them back up, right? So it's not about mastering your thoughts and mastering your
emotions and all that. We're going to talk a little bit about that too. And you build them back up and
say, you got to master those thoughts. You got to master those emotions. You got to come on. You got
to pull it together. You got to get it down. You got to dig deeper. You got to grow. You got to
spiritually move forward. You got to do all this. So you get knocked down. You're a bad, faulty person.
You're just totally emotional. You're just mental. You got all these problems and then build them
back up. Here's what you got to do. It's not about that. It really isn't. I'll tell you why.
Because if you're going to rip a person down to then rebuild them from ground up,
fastened in the way that others want them to be, we get in trouble. And that's what happens.
Because here's how it works. As we rebuild a person back up, we're rebuilding them back up
the way we want them to be. And there's a problem with that because we may actually change the
fabric of that person. This isn't about ripping yourself down to rebuild you. That's not what
this is in these books. This isn't about that. This isn't about ripping you down, rebuilding
you so that others see you and they're okay with you. Okay. Oh, you did a lot of good work. Good
job. You did a lot of good work. I think I'm okay. I think I'm okay with you now. I think I'm okay
with this new you now. You did so much work. I like what you did. Now I'm okay with it. I'm okay
with you now for the first time, right? This isn't about that. Okay. This isn't about turning you into
something that other people want to see because they want you to be that way. When we do that,
we could be ripping the fabric of good things that you have, good qualities, important things
that you have inside and things that are critical to who you are. We could be tearing that up and
throwing that away. And that's not good. Critical qualities and emotional strengths because you have
an emotional strength inside of you just because you're struggling in any way with your emotional
brain, just because you're struggling somehow with your emotional brain, right? Doesn't mean
that you're a bad person, that you don't have an emotional strength, that you're not strong.
And that's the confusion out there that happens all the time.
People misjudge people, misunderstand them, thinking they're weak, thinking they have tons
of weaknesses when really they have more emotional strength than anybody ever knew because guess what?
there's something physically happening inside the brain, you guys. Something physically is going
wrong inside the brain, which makes it that you have more emotional strength than someone else
who has less physical problems inside the brain, even though you may be struggling with depersonalization,
anxiety, depression, and anything else under the sun, OCD, bipolar, any kind of reactions,
any kind of nervousness, whatever it is, brain fog, confusion, whatever you got going on.
The truth is you have more emotional strength than someone else who doesn't have any of that
going on or very little of that going on. You have more emotional strength. And I'll tell you why,
because you're battling something that's physically happening inside your brain,
that they're not really battling so much out there around you. And they want you to change.
They want you to be all fixed up. Sure. But we don't want to throw away what you really have,
which is all that emotional strength that you really do have. Your value is there.
Understanding our emotions should not be about judgment. It should always be the opposite.
That's a big deal right there. We should be supporting each other. And that's what we're
going to talk about. Now let's move on a little bit, you guys. This is important information.
So many people struggling out there. If you guys, you're here, Brainsaver Challenge,
right? We're day two. So exciting. So I'm getting to another spot right here
in the book to a point where it says hot heads. I'm on page 75 right now.
Imagine flying in an airplane, right? And you're getting close to landing. It's nighttime.
There's a big city underneath you. I don't know if you've ever experienced that. You've done a lot
of flying, but in a lot of planes. And you start heading to that city and the grid is lighting up
down there. It's all lit up. It's all lighted up, right? And you look down out of the window
and you see it. It looks pretty complicated. You got cars with headlights and lines, right?
You got all kinds of different grids going on. You got street lamps, you got buildings lit up,
you got parks, you got stadiums, and it looks really complex. It actually looks incredible when
you see it. It's like more than just Christmas lights everywhere. It's really intense sometimes.
It's a shocker if you took a little nap on the plane too. You open your eyes and you look down,
you're like, whoa, that's amazing. That's basic compared to the electrical grid you got going on
inside here. That is basic compared to what's in here because this is electricity. We have
electricity going on in our brain, right? So that's important to know. So one thing that
people don't realize is that every single task you perform, every single thing you do,
You brush your teeth, take a shower, you wash your hair, right?
All of that takes electricity and the brain starts to heat up.
You got a phone call, okay?
You're going to work, you're driving your car.
Whatever it is you do, you go shopping, you get your food.
Whatever you do, whatever it is, it takes electricity inside your brain.
It takes electricity inside this brain right here, your brain.
And that electricity is complex.
It's complicated.
It's not so simple as just a grid lining a city.
And this is important to know.
With every thought you have, every task you perform,
every conversation you enter with anyone,
that's instant heat in the brain.
Instant heat.
It's like microwaving.
Turn on the microwave.
You've got instant heat, right?
Incredible.
It just goes on.
I don't recommend microwaving food at all
going there and are using it. Make that clear. But that electrical grid is instantaneously heating
up right away. The minute anything jolts you too. Like, just want to check my phone for a second.
You guys don't mind, right? You want to check my phone here? Huh? Oh man.
I can't believe this. I got to, this is stressful with what's on here. I can't.
That jolt is right there. Instantly that jolt happens, right? So when you get any kind of
information coming through, whether it's phone or you get told something, or you got some
information there, or you're dealing with some kind of project or coworker or anything, or
a storm's coming or something's happening in your life, whatever it is, you can get these jolts.
but that's all the normal stuff. What about a hardship, struggle, a loss, betrayal,
and broken trust? What about trusting something, trusting someone, and then it goes south for a
moment? Happens to everybody in life. That's a jolt. And when that jolt happens, heat starts to
really crank up. The minute anything jolts you on any level, good or bad, that voltage goes up.
Instead of being 120, it hits 220. Instead of being 220, imagine 420. This voltage though isn't
the same voltage scale as your electricity, as your outlets, as your plugs in your outlets,
and your lights. That's not the same voltage we're talking about. Medical research and science
doesn't even know what this is and what kind of voltage is happening. They know there's electricity
inside the brain. They do know that, but they don't know the voltage levels. They don't know
know how to measure it there's no scale no understanding of that yet it's really complicated
and there's a lot of reasons why it's complicated this is not just your physical brain there's
something else here in your brain it's your soul so there's the spiritual and the physical
supernatural and the physical sitting right here inside your brain so it's not something you can
just measure so easily like that electrical grid is completely unmeasurable so how a person copes
with this brain heat depends on what kinds of reserves they have. And I want to take you to
another little important point right here. Okay. Brain heat, when the brain heats up,
it creates a demand on us. That means if we don't have enough good stuff inside our brain,
if we don't have enough mineral salts, if we don't have enough glucose, if we don't have enough,
and I'll talk about all these ingredients in a little while. If we don't have enough fuel,
anthocyanins, polyphenols, antioxidants, glucose, mineral salts, trace mineral salts,
macrominerals, if we don't have enough of the things that we need inside the brain to help it
sustain for the jolts, for when something happens in our life, if we don't have enough in here and
we get a jolt and a demand happens and we get betrayal, we get broken trust, something happens,
We're in a divorce. We're in a breakup, a relationship problem, whatever it is,
co-worker or something that happens in life. We get into a car crash, whatever it is.
If we don't have enough in the brain, it gets hot, hot, hot. The heat goes up and then it burns out
all that's in there. Not everything, but it burns up the reserves. The reserves are gone.
If there isn't those reserves, if there isn't enough there, it goes past reserves. Then it
goes into a point where it's burning up even past reserves. And that's how we get really deficient
inside our brains. Hydration is even another story. We walk around chronically dehydrated.
That's a whole other aspect of how we protect our brains. It's hydration because what's in
hydration? Electrolytes. That's a big thing too to consider. But we walk around chronically
dehydrated. We're on coffee. We're on caffeine. We're not eating the right things. We're not
taking care of ourselves. And then at the same time, we're up against a lot of stressors in life,
other problems, and we're getting this intense brain heat. And that brain heat puts demands
on our brain and body. And then our resources start to get eaten up, like just eaten right up.
We don't have enough B12 in our brain. We don't have enough glucose in our brain.
eaten up. It just gets literally absorbed really quickly. All the neurons, the electrical grid,
electrical grid is going all around the brain, all around the brain. And we're eating up all of our
tank, our reserves, our resources. We don't have enough in there. Now it leads us to another
problem all on its own. It's not just about having enough in there. It's also about what's
in your brain that shouldn't be in there? What is sitting inside your emotional brain
that should not be in this brain of yours? That's the big one too. That raises the heat index
in our head. So let's hit that point right there, you guys. So a lot of people don't know it,
but they got a lot of junk in their brain. MSG deposits, toxic heavy metals, mercury, aluminum,
lead, copper, arsenic. They also have other things in their brain, pesticides, herbicides,
fungicides, solvents, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals. If someone took antibiotics
at one point in their life, there's reminiscences of it in their brain. Any kind of, any kind of
pharmaceuticals whatsoever. It ends up in the brain. Recreational drugs end up in the brain.
Now, I know people who use marijuana don't like to believe that or think about that,
but there's a lot of heavy metals in that stuff. There's a lot of different chemicals. There's a
lot of different solvents. It gets into the brain. I'm not saying don't do if you don't want. You
live the life the way you want to do. I'm just saying there's a lot of things we do between
recreational stuff or medical stuff or medical use stuff or whatever it is, including bad
supplementation out there. There's a lot of bad supplements out there that aren't good for the
brain. The point is we have so many things going in, including food chemicals, right? Processed
foods with food chemicals. Everything else in our diet too finds its way into the brain and builds
up over time. As these things sit inside the brain, something else can get inside the brain too,
pathogen waste. So a lot of people walk around with low grade pathogen issues, right? They have
the Epstein-Barr, cytomegalovirus. They have this shingles virus in their system. They have the
HHV-6, the simplex is the cold sores. So we have all these pathogens inside our body creating
byproduct. That byproduct goes into the brain. So with all this, it's sitting inside the brain.
These are just some of the things. There's more that gets in there. It clogs up the neurons.
it clogs up the highway. So when you see that electrical grid out of a plane and you look out
that window and you see that electrical grid out there, as you're looking down, you got to see an
electrical grid in here. And when you look at the electrical grid down there, what's clogging up the
highways? What's clogging up the roadways? And if you look down there, sometimes you'll see traffic.
You're like, well, there's a clog down there. Well, in here, we have all this stuff that
shouldn't be inside our neurons. That's been building up year after year, creating the physical
problem. I was talking about earlier when I was saying we have the emotional state and then we
have the physical state of the brain. So we have the emotional state of the brain where we're
struggling, but there's a reason why we have that emotional state of the brain and why we're
struggling because there's a physical state of the brain where something is happening deep inside of
the brain and nobody knows what it is and no one can see it. And it's all of these things that I'm
talking about that are sitting inside the brain tissue, inside the neurons, inside the glial
cells, inside the brainstem. And these very pollutants and chemicals and all these different
toxins that we're talking about that are sitting inside the brain create a higher heat index.
And now we're in a place where if you have a struggle, if you have a hardship, if you have
a loss, if you have a betrayal, if there's broken trust, if there's a trauma, if there's even a
physical injury, whatever it is that's happening in your life, it makes things harder because
because the heat index rises, takes out more of those reserves I was talking about.
Polyphenols, antioxidants, the glucose reserves, the trace mineral salts, the macro minerals,
all of it starts to eat up.
And then we have a problem.
We have too many things that are inside the brain that shouldn't be in there.
And then we have not enough of the good stuff that needs to be in there.
And then we have the struggles and the stressors also adding to it all.
Let's go to another page. Take a look here.
I'm in page 77 right here.
Brain heat can also be an aspect of someone feeling like madness is taking over.
Have you ever run into somebody or have you ever experienced this where you're so angry, but you can't break that anger?
Or you're so sad, you can't break that sadness.
You're so depressed, you can't break that depression.
You're so anxiety-ridden, you can't break that anxiety-ridden nature.
You're so panic-ridden, you can't break the panic nature.
you're so confused you can't break the confusion. And whatever happens with all of it, you doubt
yourself, which adds to it. And it feels like madness when really you're not mad and you're
not crazy. You're far from it. You're actually way far from it, entirely from it. What you're
doing is you're experiencing something happening inside the brain physically. And then we get told
You better control it. You better use some way to control it. Let's do yoga. Let's go into yoga
and use yoga to control it. Why do so many millions of people do yoga? Because they're
trying to control that mental state. They're trying to do the breath work. They're trying
to breathe. They're trying to do the yoga. They're trying to manage their mental state
is what they're doing. All along, there's something physically happening deep inside the brain
that's not being addressed. So what they have to do is they have to do management skills. So now
everybody's being taught, which is great. I mean, a hundred percent, I'm supportive of all the
management tools are almost all of them, many of them, some of them not supportive of, but the
point is, is that if someone uses yoga to try to actually clear their mind and get a good mental
state afterwards, then that's what you do. That's what you do. Nothing wrong with that.
But there's a lot of people that don't have that foundation.
They feel like they're lost.
They feel like they're trying to constantly manage their emotional state.
So they have to go searching for spiritual retreats.
They got to do yoga.
They got to do breath work.
They got to look for answers.
They got to go spiritual in every way possible.
They have to dig deep into themselves.
They have to journal.
They have to look at their history.
They have to try to look back at their childhood.
They have to go look at past life, at their past lives if they can.
They have to find somebody to look at a past life because maybe something happened in the past life and then they think it's karma.
Maybe it's karma that's making them depressed and sad and feel this way and depersonalize.
And the yoga is not really fixing it.
The breath work is not really fixing it.
And the spiritual retreat they went on worked for about a week and then it's not fixing it.
And they're back in the saddle again of depression, anxiety.
the back of the saddle again of depersonalization and feeling lost and lonely and feeling sad and
struggling somehow. And then when stress of life comes in and rolls in, it adds to it,
makes it worse. But yet it's like this ongoing battle of managing and managing and managing
instead of really knowing how to fix. The thing is, when it comes down to our emotional brain,
any tool we can find to help if it feels good, we can grab and do. I always tell people, yes,
you definitely should be doing things for yourself. You definitely should go into nature,
take hikes, take walks if you can, go swimming, do yoga, whatever it is that you need to do
to try to keep yourself level in some way and to keep it balanced until you go deeper and go into
the real things that are happening deep inside the brain, fix the problems there. And that,
you know, what's incredible when you fix the physical brain, then the management tools you
use, Oh God, it feels even better. Feels even better because you're fixing the deeper problem
inside the brain. And that's, what's really exciting. So I'm on page 80 right now. I want
to talk a little bit about this. We're in your emotional brain chapter, which is a big
chapter in Brainsaver books right here. Brainsaver, Brainsaver Protocols. There's a lot of information
here too. Two books released at once, you guys. I'm sure many of you guys have known that. Maybe
you have the book. So you're not a bad person. It's an interesting thing to know. If we break
robot status and express emotions such as anger, frustration, or pain, we can feel that we come
across as weak. What happens is if you get angry, the next thing you know it, boom, power play.
Someone might do a power play on you and now you're like weak. You're the bad person because
you got angry about something. Maybe you got frustrated about something or frustration about
something and boom, power play again. Somebody in life would just be like, whoa, you're just a bad
person. We've expressed pain. That must mean we're weak. If you're expressing pain, you must be then
weak for some reason. The self-help out there tends to lean on the side of let's change you as a person
because you must be a bad person. So we better change you as a person, right?
Maybe you have some faults that are allowing these emotions to happen.
maybe you're just really faulty and you got some big faults and that's why these emotions are
happening that's why your emotional brain is so out of place and out of whack because you got
some emotional problems that must be what it is we need to make you a better person so that's what
people will say it's like we need to better you as a person this type of self-help tends to point
out your flaws and imply you're a bad person, even if it doesn't imply you're a bad person,
it's an approach that's about learning not to react, learning to think logically, learning to
meditate, to control your emotions because you can't control the outside world and you can only
control yourself. This still doesn't address what's physically wrong with your brain that's
prompting you to look for self-improvement. And here's how it works. I see it all the time out
there. Someone's struggling with their brain emotionally. It's on the search. Now we're on
the search. That's what we're doing. We're looking. We're out there looking. And we're looking for ways
we can fix ourselves. And there's nothing wrong with that because things we find can help band-aid
and band-aid. And then we end up comparing ourselves to others. We see people on social
meeting like, whoa, that person's got it all together. Whoa, that person's got their stuff
all together. Look at them. Look at their social media posts. Check them out on the beach.
Whoa, they got life all figured out. Whoa, they're going on another travel trip. They're going on
another vacation. They got it down and they look totally stable. Hey, they're about to say something
on one of their posts and they're talking and they're like, yeah, I'm just kind of like living
life at its best and living life at its fullest. And, and you're just like, why can't I be like
that? What's going on here? Like, what am I missing? What am I struggling with? Cause I'm
like going to a therapist. Cause I have depression. I'm going to somebody cause I have anxiety.
I'm seeing five functional medicine doctors because my anxiety is so bad. I, they're throwing
everything at me in the kitchen sink to try to fix it. And then on top of that, I got three
spiritual retreats booked because I have to better myself in order to deal with this.
But at the same time, all this is happening. We're not understanding because we don't know.
It's nobody's fault that there's stuff inside the brain that needs to come out,
that needs to leave the brain. One thing about the brain shot therapies is they offer instant relief.
they help as you're healing deeper problems inside the brain. And that's the whole point.
Like if you go into brain saver protocols, you're actually healing deeper things that are inside the
brain, deeper problems that are in there. And as you're fixing your brain, going in there and
fixing it. You can use the tools in these books to help bring relief as you're fixing it. And
that's what's incredible. So let's go into it a little bit. We're going to do the Betrayal and
Broken Trust Stabilizer. That's what we're doing now. Let's go to that now. So I'm in Brainsaver
Protocols. That's the book right here. Let's go to Brainshot Therapy. I want you to see what this
looks like right there, brain shot therapy. There it is. Okay. It's part three
of the book here. Medical medium brain shot therapy, medical medium brain shot therapy
offers instant relief while you're working to fix problems at a deeper level in the brain
and nervous system, because that's a big part of it. Our brain central nervous system,
that's our nerves and it can throw us out of whack to how we feel, to how we live,
the pain we're in emotionally, physically, all of it, your brain and body have a quick response to
medicinals delivered in liquid form in a certain way in certain organization,
highly absorbable in the mouth. These brain shots have a value to them. There's healing components
that reach the brain fast. And that's what's incredible. You guys, the brain shot therapy
that's in these books, it's geared to reach the brain fast, quick. These are quick liquid action
intended to go to the brain quickly and create relief. These specially formulated shots from
above, they're not man-made. That's why so many people heal from medical medium information around
the world. Maybe some of you guys know that already. Maybe there's a bunch of new people
here. And you guys don't know about the medical medium information, but millions are healing around
the world with medical medium information and lots of medical medium information, of course,
is being poached and mixed up with not good information out there, but it's still helping
people indirectly. But the point is, is the info here has a track record in the medical medium
books to move people forward. And this brain shot therapy is another level right here, another
toolbox. These specially formulated shots from above have the ability to reset and rewire the
brain to shock it out of patterns. And that's another thing too. We run into these patterns,
we're stuck in these patterns with our emotional brain and the betrayal and broken trust stabilizer
is a great way to shock it back to where we need to be. That's why we're called brain shock therapy,
which is brain shot therapy because we're doing a shot, but we're shocking our brain is what's
happening back into action. We're getting instant relief. So what we're going to do,
I got a shot glass here and we're going to make a shot. I'm going to fill this.
So let's get into it now.
The betrayal and broken trust stabilizer is incredible. If you feel emotionally toyed with,
played with, or maybe it's not taken seriously. So here's the thing. A lot of people are like,
Hey, I've been played. I'm being toyed with. I'm being messed with. I'm not being taken
seriously. That's a great time to actually use the brain shot therapy, the broken trust one.
We're talking about betrayal one. Maybe you've been told that your body has betrayed you. And
here's another point that's really important. When we get sick and we have symptoms and conditions,
and we're not feeling good, we end up going to a lot of doctors. We're seeking out help. We're
looking for help. And then we might get told our body's letting us down. And then we feel
that our body has betrayed us. We've been betrayed. I don't trust my own body.
I have it all the time. People out there get diagnosed with autoimmune and they think their
body's attacking itself. They think their immune system is attacking their glands and organs.
you lose trust pretty fast with your body now, especially if you're experiencing all kinds of
different symptoms, right? So if you're experiencing symptoms physically in any way with your body,
you got stomach problems all the time that you're having, and then you don't trust your stomach.
You don't trust yourself anymore. You can't breathe good. You're feeling like a ton of lead
on your chest. You got tightness in the chest, but you've been to all the doctors, but you can't
really get the answers you need and you lose trust. You don't trust your body anymore.
Your thyroid problems seem to be getting worse. A lot of people, their thyroid problems get worse.
You don't trust your thyroid or your body anymore. And then of course, anything else you have
happening in your life, any kind of symptom or condition, you lose trust. That's another time
to use the betrayal and broken trust stabilizer. We're going to make that one right there.
And then maybe you feel betrayed, let down, neglected, overlooked, used or mistreated in
any way, a lot of people feel used. And here's what's interesting. You may not know you're being
used by something or someone, and it doesn't dawn on you until like a week later. It doesn't dawn
on you until days later, or it doesn't dawn on you till a year later. That's when you break out
the Betrayal and Broken Trust Stabilizer. It's like, wait a minute, I was used. All along,
I didn't know it and I was used. I'm getting that Betrayal and Broken Trust Stabilizer out.
Same thing if you've been neglected or let down. It's another thing. So many people feel betrayed
by a loved one, a friend, anybody that they don't even know or mistreated in some way.
Another reason to use the Betrayal and Broken Trust Stabilizer, right? The other thing is,
maybe you're somebody that you feel you've been manipulated. So somebody or something or an
industry or something manipulated you. And it dawns on you that that manipulation happened
another time you used betrayal and broken trust stabilizer. Breakups, breakups with friends,
relationships, divorces, letdowns, anything. And that's just something. There's so many more.
Someone or somebody or something you placed trust in fails to pull through and falls through on you.
Broken trust.
Then you use the betrayal and broken trust stabilizer for broken trust.
Now, in my life, I mean, I've been betrayed.
I've had broken trust happen.
And right now, with this betrayal and broken trust stabilizer, I'm using it a lot right now.
Maybe you feel you've been let down. Someone you care about lets you down.
That's a big one too, right? That's a big one as well. So here's the betrayal and broken trust
stabilizer right there. So I'm showing you what it looks like. You have your heart set on something
and it doesn't come through. How many people have their heart set on something
and it doesn't come through? You can use the betrayal and broken trust stabilizer.
There's so many ways and reasons you can use it.
Maybe even with all that, you just feel like doing this stabilizer, this brain shot, right?
And you use it because it makes you feel good, because it makes me feel good when I do it.
So let's get into it now.
I'm going to move my friend over here, the brain.
Bring my little juicer over here.
So, it's important to have the ingredients in order of what the recipe states.
So if the recipe states you do a piece of fresh turmeric first, you do the piece of
fresh turmeric first.
You don't do the spinach first and then switch it around.
It's helpful.
It's better.
It works better when it's in order.
Now worst case scenario, you don't do it in order.
That's okay.
You'll still get benefits for sure.
But having it in order actually even helps in other ways.
So let's start.
I'm going to use about half a piece of turmeric right here.
Pop that in.
Okay.
Next one would be frozen mango.
So I'm going to do about a half cup.
what it says in the recipe, a frozen mango or fresh mango. Nothing wrong with that. If
you can have a fresh mango, that's great. If you only have frozen mango, and frozen
mango is an easy resource. That one you can find anywhere. Okay, the next one. Let's get
that. So we have, I want to just remind everybody, so I did the turmeric right there. Now I did the
frozen mango right there. Now I'm doing the half lime peel. So I have a half lime right there.
Drop that half lime. I peeled it. So moving on to the spinach next. Quarter cup of tightly packed
spinach. Just a quarter cup. So I'm taking my hand and I'm measuring because I've done this so many
times in different ways with so many different recipes. Kind of like pack it in my hand to
make about a quarter cup. A little bit more. Okay. Then we're going to do a half of celery
stick. Celery stock, about a half of one. Getting excited. Got some cinnamon right
here which is part of the recipe for this brain shot therapy. And I'm going to put
cinnamon right into the container. All right, we got it. It's going to move this
through the screen a little bit. There we go. Incredible.
So this is what we have here.
Show you right here.
See if we can get a close-up.
There it is in there.
I'm going to put a little cinnamon, about a sixteenth of a teaspoon.
A little bit more would be a sixteenth.
There we are.
I'm going to mix it up a little bit, shake it around.
Okay.
This is the Betrayal and Broken Trust Stabilizer, one of the medical medium brain shots in the
medical medium brain shot therapy section of Brainsaver Books.
That's it right there.
I like to give it a second, feel the energy from it.
been betrayed a lot on and off throughout my life. I'm sure everybody has. It's just the way
it works. And sometimes I'm broken trust along with it and everything else. So here we go.
Amazing. Amazing.
flavors are really unique these recipes the brain shot therapy are not geared for taste
the flavor see it's not like a juice book or something like this where
everything's concocted in a way for flavor this again this is concocted by soc spirit of compassion
information from above to actually aid in what we need it for, for our brain. Hence the name,
brain shot therapies. So the ingredients are working together synergistically, right?
For the brain to do the job of what it needs to do. It's not a man-made thing at all. Anyway,
there's 30 shots, 30 brain shots. There's seven different brain shot cleanses in the Brain Saver
books. So that means an actual cleanse. So there's a brain shot therapy cleanse inside the book,
but seven different ones for all kinds of problems with health. I'm going to send the rest down.
Bartender, give me another one.
If you have any extra left over, of course you can make another shot for a family member
or a friend.
Or if you want to save that extra that's there, give yourself another hit a little while later
or send it down now.
Brainsaver books have over 300 symptoms and conditions.
So both the Protocol book and the Brainsaver book.
The Protocols book has over 300 symptoms and conditions protocols for them, which is incredible.
And that's just some stuff in these books.
Okay, you guys, I'm going to send this down.
Bartender, give me another.
So good.
And you'll feel these.
There's a huge difference.
a friend of mine was like, all right, AEW, make me one of these, you know, stabilizers.
Make me one of these brain shot stabilizers. Like, all right. And he goes, I'm going to make
you a juice that I like. I'm like, go ahead. He made the juice. He put a bunch of stuff in it.
I'm like, all right, fine. Sounds good. Yeah, I like to put this in it. I like to put that in it.
And so he goes, take this, see what you think, like try it. And I go, sure.
tastes like juice. Tastes like a bunch of vegetables, vegetable juice. And he goes,
I don't know. I thought I really liked it. I go try this. And I ran it through and I did exactly
the stabilizer. I gave him one of the stabilizers and I stuck the stabilizer right there. It was,
it was the ego shifter. So there's an ego shifter in here. One of the brain shock therapies is ego
shifter. So I made him the ego shifter and he's got an ego in the whole bit. He battles his ego,
all that stuff, right? I mean, like over the top ego, right? And I put it together and I gave it to
him and he took it down. He was in shock from it, in shock from it. He goes, why doesn't my juice
taste like this? I go, because that was made from above just for that reason, for what I gave it to
you and all that. Wait at least 15 to 30 minutes before you eat or drink anything else. Look at the
instructions and the information in here so you can learn how to actually do it and everything.
But yeah, so my friend was like, oh my God, why isn't it like this? What is in this? What is doing
this? So the instructions are in here clear. So you can see how to eat around these, what to do,
the seven different cleanses, all the different brain shots, what you can use them for.
anyway i'm feeling really good from that brain shot you guys that concludes day two i can't wait
to see you for day three of the brain saver challenge the medical brain saver challenge
